Gifting Grace Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Lafayette, Louisiana, dedicated to freely loving, serving, and supporting homeless and vulnerable children across Acadiana. Our mission is to remove barriers, restore hope, and empower every child to pursue their God-given purpose.
Since 2020, we’ve reached over 2,000 children annually across nine parishes through quarterly outreach projects—providing essentials like school supplies, clothing, hygiene products, and personalized Christmas gifts. By meeting these basic needs, we help students focus on what matters most: their education, health, and well-being.
We proudly partner with local businesses, churches, civic groups, nonprofits, and individuals who share our passion for changing lives through community.

QUARTERLY PROJECTS
JANUARY 13 – FEBRUARY 18, 2026
Join us in our Coat & Socks Drive where we collect new socks, new coats, beanies, gloves, and sleeping bags to keep our kids warm and healthy.

Your mission should you choose to accept it…
With this project we collect Soap and Shampoo, Toothbrush and Toothpaste, Socks, Grab-N-Go Snacks, Free Meal Coupons and a toy or activity set and distribute them as what we like to call Student Care Kits.
JULY 1 – AUGUST 3, 2026
Our goal is to provide 3000 backpacks with school supplies to homeless and needy children across 9 parishes.
